I would describe myself as highly curious and focused on learning in all parts of life, personal and professional. In my professional life, I look for the hardest problems to solve and where I can learn and develop the most. I've taken on many different types of projects, From large scale eCommerce application to complicated financial accounting systems. No matter what I'm working on, I'm very invested.

Brana Pay
Developed and maintained IT architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices that improved system scalability by 40% and reduced maintenance costs by 25%. I was part of making such great products like Abetuta, Brana Pay and many others tools that help the continuous integration of projects.
Ahun
As the lead full stack developer and DevOps engineer on the social media application Ahun for 2 years, I gained valuable experience in building and scaling complex systems to handle up to 1000 requests per day. My work involved developing multiple services ranging from feed recommendation algorithms to extensive e-commerce applications with food delivery and payment services. At Ahun, I honed my skills in building distributed systems that can seamlessly communicate with each other. I gained expertise in using MongoDB and Elastic aggregations to handle complicated queries of different collections, and implemented server-side caching tools like Redis to optimize consumer interactions and provide accurate feed recommendations. Furthermore, I learned how to effectively use Google's BigQueries to analyze customer usage patterns and inform daily decisions. One of my proudest achievements was leading my team in early adoption of cutting-edge payment services like Telebirr, CBE Birr, Stripe, and more.
